Tween Cooking Camp July 11 – July 15

Dickie's Cooking School 87 Cedarvale Avenue, Toronto, Ontario

Campers will develop essential cooking and baking skills. We'll cover knife skills, creating balanced meals and kitchen hygiene and food safety. Campers will explore recipes from a variety of cuisines. This is a hands on cooking camp. We make breakfast, lunch snacks and bake every day.  Enrolment is limited to 8 to maintain social distancing. Ages 9 - 13.

Tween Baking Camp July 18 – July 22

Dickie's Cooking School 87 Cedarvale Avenue, Toronto, Ontario

Learn the fundamentals of baking. This is a hands-on baking camp where we'll practice making caramel, custard, lemon curd and buttercream. We'll make cakes, cookies, yeasted sweet dough and savoury dough. We'll also make breakfast, lunch and snacks. Enrolment is limited to 8 campers.
