This baking camp is geared to kids aged 8-13 years.

Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm.  This is an immersive hands-on baking camp. We go over the steps, cover the key cooking principals of each recipe and practice, measuring, folding, kneading, whipping and separating eggs. Campers will learn the fundamentals of baking and we’ll cover intermediate baking challenges: sweet yeasted dough, meringue, macarons, buttercream and sponge. Campers DO NOT have to be avid bakers, but definitely be excited about learning this more detailed aspect of cooking. Along with baked goods, we’ll make a great breakfast and lunch every day and make time to go to the park. We have a minimum one instructor to 4 camper ratio. Campers are given lots of choice and lots of encouragement and opportunities to hone and practice skills. We hit the park twice a day. No need to pack lunches or snacks — but also no problem at all if your child wants to.  Maximum 12 campers!
