This is a fun, interactive introduction to cooking and baking. We’ll cook something new every week and focus on different cuisines and sources of protein — including vegetarian and vegan dishes. We’ll make something delicious every week too. We’ll cover batter, cookies, muffins, pastry and fruit fillings. We’ll work on knife skills, measuring, prepping, planning and sequencing and work in details about nutrition, spice, how to to substitute and much more. Participants will be introduced to a variety of cuisines, spices and flavours. Ages 7-11.
