No food is “off the table”, but you consume fish and chicken weekly and red meat monthly. We’ll cover weekly meals featuring a main, side and dessert and you’ll also receive a bonus “e cookbook” with 10 additional recipes. This is a live, virtual class that runs over four weeks.
