Lunch and Learn Workshop includes:

• a live cooking demonstration of a healthy delicious meal (chili, soup, stew)

• a discussion on:

  • how to stock your pantry

  • how to meal plan for the week

  • cost saving techniques at the supermarket

  • how legumes are a great source of fibre and protein

• lunch for all attendees (the same lunch that I am demonstrating)

• PDF booklet with recipes and helpful information

• What I need:

• 8’ x 4’ table and access to an electric outlet and a meeting room -- that's it!
