Learn to Live Independently: The Ultimate Neuro-Diverse Cooking Course
I have spent five years developing cooking classes for the neuro-diverse community. And what I have discovered in that time is that there are so many young adults who want to be independent, who want to learn how to shop and prepare meals for themselves, but they don’t have a place to do this. Creating a digital course allows me to share my knowledge, my love of cooking (and eating) with more people.
I developed this program to give adults all the tools they need to be confident in the kitchen. This course gives people the opportunity to not only learn key cooking principles, dozens of recipes, plus practice skills, but also learn how to shop, budget and store food. It is a one-stop-shop.
This course is perfect for you, if:
- You are excited about learning to cook for yourself.
- You are planning to or, transitioning to living independently.
- You are curious about learning new recipes and techniques.
- You are tired of eating the same food week after week.
This course has a 100% Money Back Guarantee! After completing two modules, if you decide it is not a fit for you, the course will be fully refunded.
