Do you remember Southern Accent on Markham Street? I do and I miss it dearly. We’re putting together a great Cajun Cooking Workshop and we’ll highlight some of the gems from one of my favourite restaurants:

We’ll have two featured cocktails: a cajun inspired Ceasar (and learn to make your own Clamato juice) and the classic fan fave, Bourbon Sour. You’ll learn to cook and have plenty of time to relax and, of course eat.
