Grid of French Desserts: madeleines, cake, macarons and lemon meringue tart

Learn foundational French baking recipes. When you know the foundations, you have everything you need to make incredible desserts AND learn to improvise. In this five week course we’ll cover: choux pastry, pate sucrée, meringue, macarons, Madeleines, French buttercream  and Jaconde sponge.

We’ll Make:

Lemon Meringue Tarts

Madeleines

Choux au Craquelin

Macarons

Layer Cake with Jaconde Sponge

Caramel

Ganache

The class runs for 2 1/2 hours and runs for 5 weeks from March 25 – April 22.
