Learn foundational French baking recipes. When you know the foundations, you have everything you need to make incredible desserts AND learn to improvise. In this five week course we’ll cover: choux pastry, pate sucrée, meringue, macarons, Madeleines, French buttercream  and Jaconde sponge.

We’ll Make:

Lemon Meringue Tarts

Madeleines

Choux au Craquelin

Macarons

Layer Cake with Jaconde Sponge

Caramel

Ganache

The class runs for 2 1/2 hours and runs for 5 weeks from April 2 – April 30.***Please NOTE: the second class will take place on Sunday, April 10 at 11:00 am.
