Mediterranean Cooking Course

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until April 24, 2022
Voted the best overall diet for four years running, the Mediterranean Diet is rich in fibre, loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables and healthy fats like Greek Yogurt and olive oil. No food is “off the table”, but you consume fish and chicken weekly and red meat monthly. We’ll cover weekly meals featuring a main, side and dessert and you’ll also receive a bonus “e cookbook” with 10 additional recipes. This is a live, virtual class that runs over four weeks. Enrolment is limited to 10 students. Please note, there will be no class on Sunday, April 17 (Easter Sunday) but classes will resume on the 24 and continue through to May 8.
