Love Your Cooking II (Ages 8- 12 years)

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until March 31, 2022
Exciting introduction to cooking and baking fundamentals. We’ll make complete dinners and a dessert in every class. Expect to sample pasta, soups and bread. We’ll cover pastry, muffins, cookies and cakes. We’ll explore international cooking and students will have the opportunity to choose their own recipes. Every class we’ll go over knife skills, kitchen hygiene how to plan and prep a meal. We’ll also cover nutritional elements: protein, carbs and fibre and map out how to cook a balanced meal.We accommodate vegetarian and gluten free cooking. We keep our classes small (maximum 8 kids, to make sure you get lots of time to learn and explore in the kitchen.
