Four Favourite Meals

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 15, 2022

Learn to make four of my MOST popular meals. In this four week course we’ll cover fan and personal favourites:
Shrimp and Steak Tacos, Stewed Black Beans and Guacamole
Salmon Wellington with Wilted Spinach and Mushrooms
Chicken Parmesan with Kale Caesar
Seared Duck Breast With Pomegranate Couscous Pilaf and Honey Bourbon Carrots
You’ll get all of the recipes and instructions (naturally) suggested cocktail or mocktail and some wine suggestions. The virtual lessons are live and you’ll also have access to the recorded lesson if you miss or just want to go over a step. All the recipes will be sent before the start of the course so you have a chance to gather ingredients. You’ll also get a list of tools and substitutions — but don’t fret, we’ll be cooking everything with standard kitchen utensils. Tuesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm. You’ll end each lesson with a complete dinner!
