Indian Cooking Course

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until February 20, 2022

Learn to make outstanding Indian Dishes right at home. In this four week virtual course we’ll cover:
Butter Chicken
Saag Paneer
Aloo Gobi
Dal Makhani
Malai Kofta
We’ll also make fabulous sides: naan, kachumber (cucumber salad), raita, samosas and lassi.
You’ll get all of the recipes and instructions (naturally). The virtual lessons are live and you’ll also have access to the recorded lesson if you miss or just want to go over a step. All the recipes will be sent before the start of the course so you have a chance to gather ingredients. If you have issue tracking down spices you can purchase spice kits at a modest cost. You’ll also get a list of tools and substitutions — but don’t fret, we’ll be cooking everything with standard kitchen utensils. Sundays from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm. You’ll end each lesson with a complete dinner!
